Our January client highlight features the Young family! Shortly after meeting during the 2018 holiday season, Nate Young reached out looking to sell his home in Varina. Nate and his wife Marceita wanted an upgrade and were eager to build, all while staying in the same school district for their daughter. We had their home listed and sold in just 5 days! When it came time to build, the Youngs decided on the Eastwood Homes development site, Castleton. We helped them settle on a model and their new home was constructed and completed this past summer.
